I have used Carrie Washington @ Sam Bunatello insurance for several years. At one point I found auto & home policy that beat what they could offer. This year my premiums went up w/o any claims and I contacted Carrie and had her see what she could do me for my home owners & auto and turns out she saved me a good amount healthy amount of money with more broad coverages. Easy decision, I switched back to Carrie @ Sam Buenotello. Coincidentally I am starting my own business and had Sam actually quote me for my business insurance needs and he knocked it out of the park. So currently, my home, auto and business are all with Sam Buenotello insurance. Superior customer service, I was having difficulty getting my previous home owners policy cancelled and refunded, they wouldn’t respond to emails and would not actually talk over the phone. One email to Carrie and the policy has been canceled, switched and my refund from the previous insurance company has been issued.. it was awesome! Very pleased with this agency overall. Call Carrie for any needs, even if just shopping around. It was definitely worth my time.
